WHAT ARE THE OFFICE AND SERVICE HOURS?

  

Usually office is open on weekdays from 10.00 till 18.00 o’clock, but we suggest contacting us in advance to arrange the appointment. We are quite flexible – if necessary, we can meet also at client’s place or in our office outside the usual working hours.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

 

Payments may be made in cash, with VISA and MasterCard cards, with bank transfer and with Paypal (ID sales@datorlietas.lv).

  

HOW CAN I GET TO YOU ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

 

The closest public transport is bus number 9 - bus stop (Klijānu iela) is located directly opposite the office. If you use the tram number 11 (tram stop Kazarmu iela), you should walk for some 2 minutes; moreover Brasa train station also is very close.

  

ARE BATTERIES, SCREENS AND OTHER COMPUTER PARTS YOU SELL PRODUCED IN CHINA OR ARE THEY MANUFACTURED BY ORIGINAL PRODUCERS?

 

There is no unambiguous answer to this question. Bearing in mind fact that most of the factories fulfilling the orders of large producers (Acer, HP, Dell etc.) are located in China, we can probably say that all computer parts are Chinese. Are they original? E.g., when we take off the screen from any HP laptop, we see that they are produced by Samsung. Usually in such situations we say that this particular battery, screen or any other computer part is 100% compatible with your computer and it has warranty. The most important is that quality of this unit is equal to the one to be replaced.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

 

If you are not sure, that this part is compatible with your portable but is not available, please contact us, and we will inform you about shipping terms more in detail. Usually shipping takes 4-7 working days after payment, but sometimes even few weeks, especially parts for older laptop models. To avoid from unpleasant surprises, compatibility of the product should be identified before making an order – in case client has not found out or coordinated the compatibility of the computer part, money paid for the good is not refunded. The product is ordered after full or partial payment (pre-agreed).

 

CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT AFTER I RECEIVE THE ORDERED PRODUCT?

 

You surely can not. Unfortunately we have faced situations when client is not coming to get the ordered product, and, considering differences in batteries, screens etc. and the wide range of computer parts available, such wares are laying in stock sometimes even for 2 years or more. Usually we ask our clients to make pre-payment comprising at least 50% of the product value, and only afterwards we make an order.
